Ownership

Provide the following information regarding the aggregate number and percentage of the class of securities of the issuer identified in Item 1.

(a)	Amount beneficially owned:

As of December 31, 2015,

(i) Shree Dhoot Trading and Agencies Limited beneficially owns 50,418,400 equity shares. Shree Dhoot Trading and Agencies Limited is majority owned and controlled by Auto Cars, a partnership. Auto Cars may be deemed to beneficially own all equity shares of the Issuer owned by Shree Dhoot Trading and Agencies Limited.

(ii) Auto Cars beneficially owns 50,418,400 equity shares. The partners of Auto Cars are the following members of the Dhoot family: Sushmabai R. Dhoot, Nalini P. Dhoot, Ramabai V. Dhoot, Akshay R. Dhoot, and Kesharbai Dhoot. No partner individually has sufficient control over Auto Cars that would result in his or her being deemed a beneficial owner of more than 5% of the Issuer’s equity shares.

(i) Shree Dhoot Trading and Agencies Limited beneficially owns approximately 12.11% of the Issuer’s equity shares.

(ii) Auto Cars beneficially owns approximately 12.11% of the Issuer’s equity shares.
